Chill Box: Fidget Toys - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Chill Box: Fidget Toys ("the game", package com.eskimo.chillbox.fidgettoys), published by Eskimo Technologies Group ("we", "us"). By installing or using the game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the game. If the law where you live sets a higher age for digital consent, you must meet that age or have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. License

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game on your Android device for personal, non-commercial use. We keep all rights in the game, including its code, art, sounds, names and logos. You may not:

• copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the game;
• reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code, except where the law allows it;
• remove any notices or branding.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, hack, or tamper with the game, its data or its ads;
• use bots, emulators or tools to create fake ad views, clicks or purchases;
• try to get paid items without paying, or abuse refunds;
• use the game to break the law or harm others;
• interfere with the services the game relies on.

We may limit or stop your access to the game if you break these rules.

4. Virtual items

Stars, gifts, skins, badges and other in-game items are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money. You receive a license to use them inside the game only. Items are saved on your device. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, they may be lost, and we may not be able to restore them. Purchased items can be restored through Google Play using the same Google account.

5. In-app purchases

• The game offers three one-time purchases: Remove Ads, All Skins, and VIP Bundle. They are non-consumable and are bought once.
• Purchases are made and charged through Google Play. Google processes the payment. We never see your card details.
• Prices are shown in the store in your local currency and may include taxes.
• Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Contact Google Play support for refund requests. You can also email us and we will help where we can, but Google decides on refunds.
• If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the related items.

6. Ads

The game is free and shows ads from third parties (Google AdMob). We do not control the ad content. Buying "Remove Ads" removes ads from the game. Some ad formats may be optional, for example to earn a reward. How ads use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. By using the game you confirm you have read it.

8. Third-party services

The game uses Google services, including Google Play, AdMob and Firebase. Your use of these services is also covered by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or stop the game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not promise that the game will always be available or free of errors.

10. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

The game is for entertainment. It is not medical advice and is not a treatment for any condition. Take regular breaks when you play.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer rights you have under mandatory local law.

12. Termination

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you break these Terms. Sections that by nature should continue (virtual items, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue after termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be brought to the competent courts of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above. If you keep using the game after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game.
